Our Founder

Victoria Puxley

Victoria is an expert at guiding international businesses and start-ups through the triple challenge of escalating ESG regulations, litigation risk and the increasing imperative to showcase sustainability best practice via ESG integration.

As an English qualified lawyer, with experience spanning law firms in London, Nairobi, Hanoi, and Shanghai, she brings a wealth of international insight to her work.

Alongside her role at Puxley, Victoria is a tutor on CISL's Governance for a Sustainable Future course, a member of the Advisory Group for CISL South Africa and a Convenor for the Legal Practice Group at The ESG Exchange. She is currently collaborating with global sustainability experts to create a playbook for international business on “How to mitigate the risk of greenwashing.”
